In search of the perfect tree....

We went yesterday and got our tree. You know how when your walking through a field of Christmas tree's, they all look small? Well, sort of small. Cause when you get them home they are absolutely huge? Well this year I was not going to be tricked like that again. Usually we get our tree home then proceed to chop a foot off the top and two feet off the bottom and have to move the sofa WAAAAYYYY over to fit the ginormous tree that looked like a little baby tree on the lot. No, I was determined that this year, I was not going to fall for that old trick. So we went out a searching for the perfect tree. After perusing a few acres of lush green trees, we finally went back to the first one that we all fell in love with(I did the same thing with my Wedding gown-but that's another story for another day). Anyhoooo, the tree is beautiful, and fragrant, and, and, puny! What the? How did that happen? Anyway, the good news is we don't have to move the furniture into the neighbors yard to fit the tree in. So it's all good.

Let's see the finished, decorated tree!
BTW, great quality photo. Are you liking your newly fixed camera?

Yes, the camera is working better than ever. Now here is the thing. We used the new camera to take pictures of the tree trimming and I can't find the cable to connect the camera to the computer and the one from my old camera doesnt work. lol Oy! So you may have to wait until after I clean all the crap up and find my cable. I can not imagine where it is.
