So....... I missed menu plan Monday but technically, I didn't miss it since last week I included this weeks menu. Or at least part of it. So, since I know there are millions of people (2.5) reading my blog looking for my gourmet menus, I figured I would go ahead and post it today anyway. On a Tuesday. Whatever, get over it.
Monday: (yea, I know, yesterday) we had oven fried chicken, harvest potatoes, spinach, homemade French bread
Tuesday: Crock pot pork and sour kraut, mashed potatoes, cranberries, corn , homemade Italian bread
Wed: Spaghetti, meat sauce, zuccini
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: Homemade pizza with homemade crust
Saturday: I have no idea?? Maybe out since we are getting a new car
Sunday: crab cakes,seasoned oven fries and shrimp

Thanks Leeann! Mike is buying a Honda Odyssey exl. (yea it's a van)I don't know..It has all of the bells and whistles. Including navigation(which is a necessity for him) and dvd (which is a necessity for the kids) and a sun roof(which is a necessity for me). So we are all happy. He is getting a good deal. From Craigs list. So used. But not too used. It was garage kept and is apparently in excellent condition. I didn't go look at it because it is a 2 1/2 hour drive to the persons house and I am allergic to 2 1/2 hour drives unless there is a prize at the end. Like a king size bed and jacuzzi tub. Just so you know.
